วิกิพีเดียไทยว่าสร้างในสมัยอยุธยาเพื่อบำรุงขวัญทหาร กรุแตกครั้งแรกราว พ.ศ. ๒๔๔๔ ได้พระหลายหมื่นองค์ และมีกรุแตกซ้ำอีกหลายครั้งในภายหลัง มวลสารเป็นดินหยาบผสมเม็ดแร่ ว่าน และเกสรดอกไม้
Thai Wikipedia places the making in the Ayutthaya period, as morale for soldiers as much as merit, and dates the first opening of the cache to about 1901, when tens of thousands of tablets came out; further finds followed in 1969, 1987 and 2010. The body is coarse clay with mineral grit, herbs and flower pollen mixed in. The chest and arms earned it the queen's title, and Triyampavai's five of around 1947 fixed it there.
