วัดสันติธรรม เป็นวัดราษฎร์สังกัดคณะสงฆ์ธรรมยุติกนิกาย ตั้งอยู่ในตำบลช้างเผือก อำเภอเมืองเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เนื้อที่ 8 ไร่ 3 งาน
วัดสันติธรรมตั้งวัดเมื่อวันที่ 15 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2498 ได้รับพระราชทานวิสุงคามสีมาเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2500 วัดได้ทำการก่อสร้างขึ้นในภายหลัง พ.ศ. 2490 โดยคุณแม่นิ่มนวล สุภาวงศ์ที่เกิดศรัทธาอยากจะสร้างวัดถวายหลวงปู่ พระครูสันติวรญาณ สิม พุทฺธาจาโร) ในการแผ้วถางดำเนินการครั้งแรก สังเกตเห็นได้ว่าเนื้อที่บริเวณที่จะสร้างกุฏิ มีอิฐ มีกระเบื้อง มีแนวกำแพง และมีเนินอุโบสถหรือวิหาร พอสันนิษฐานได้ว่า ที่แห่งนั้นเคยเป็นวัดมาก่อน แต่ไม่อาจสืบประวัติได้ว่าเป็นวัดอะไร ใช้ชื่อวัดว่า วัดสันติธรรม นครเชียงใหม่ จนได้รับอนุญาตสร้างวัดจึงเปลี่ยนชื่อมาเป็น "วัดสันติธรรม"…
