วัดแม่ยางกวาว ตั้งอยู่ที่บ้านแม่ยางกาด ตำบลแม่ยางตาล อำเภอร้องกวาง จังหวัดแพร่ ภายในพระอุโบสถประดิษฐานพระประธานที่มีชื่อว่า "พระพุทธศิริชัยวงศ์" ปัจจุบันมีเจ้าอาวาส ชื่อ"พระครูไพโรจน์ ปรีชากร" ทั้งยังเป็นเจ้าคณะตำบลแม่ยางตาล วัดแม่ยางกวาวตั้งวัดเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2410 ได้รับพระราชทานวิสุงคามสีมาเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2475
